Your Virtual Exhibition Profile allows you to manage the information that will be made available to delegates, exhibitors, speakers and sponsors attending the event.
Certain events require exhibitors to upgrade their profiles for all features and functions to be available to use. Click here to find out whether this event requires you to purchase an upgrade.

Your profile text conveys information about you and/or your organisation to other users. If you are an exhibitor, it may include details on company history, current projects or aims and ambitions. As a delegate, you should enter details on your business interests, your role within your organisation or anything else you feel will be useful to viewers. Visitors will use this information to decide whether to visit you in person at the event.

Picture & Logo:
This allows you to upload your Company Logo. If you are a Delegate or Speaker, you can also make your profile more personal by uploading a photograph of yourself, making you easier to recognise at the event!
Presentation & Video:
Upload a company presentation in Powerpoint or PDF format, or a Video in MPG or AVI format.
Galleries:
The Galleries page allows you to upload images and arrange them in galleries. Use these to showcase products, company assets of interest or any other photo or graphic.
My Interests / Exhibitor or Sponsor Categories:
Defining your interests or exhibitor categories will help potential business partners to find you using the Virtual Exhibition system.
My Event Associates: (Exhibitors and Sponsors Only!)
Your Event Associates are Delegates and Speakers that you are associated with at this event. Once you associate yourself with delegates or speakers their information will be added to your profile, enabling users to quickly research and contact individuals they may want to meet.

Your contact information, used to log into the site and to keep you up-to-date with event information. Notification of delegates that want to meet with you and private messages you have received will go to the email address you specify here. Make sure it is correct!

Manage Image Galleries
Your image galleries are an excellent way to showcase your organisation's products or services. Images must be 450 pixels wide by 350 pixels high or smaller.
First, use the My Images pane to upload images from your computer. Next, use the My Galleries pane to create new galleries - they will appear as folders. After creating your galleries, drag and drop your images from the left into the galleries on the right.
Once you have sorted your images into galleries, you can add a caption using the Caption pane at the bottom of the window. Click on each image within your galleries on the right and enter your caption in the text area. Click save when you are finished.

Defining your interests will help potential business partners to find you using the Virtual Exhibition system.
My Event Associates
Your Event Associates are Delegates and Speakers that you are associated with at this event. Once you associate yourself with delegates or speakers their information will be added to your profile, enabling users to quickly research and contact individuals they may want to meet. As an exhibitor, you can manage all of your associateᕳ profiles from this tab, changing their profile text, images, contact information and more.
To link an event associate to your exhibitor profile you must know the username they entered when registered for this website. If your associate has not yet registered for the event, you can also use this function to register new virtual delegates.

A preview of your profile as delegates, exhibitors, speaker and sponsors will see it. The preview is taken from your information at the last time you clicked Save.
