Q: When I open the Floor Plan Search, some stands are already highlighted in green.
Q: I am the administrator for more than one booth. Which username should I use to log in? A: Each Virtual Exhibition booth must have a unique username associated with it. If you have a Virtual Exhibition booth, you will be contacted with a username and password for each booth - you don't need to do anything!
Q: Why can't I link an associate to my Exhibitor Profile using the Manage Associates page? A: Make sure you have entered the correct username, and that they have registered with the system using that address. You may only add delegates or speakers as associates. If you are still unable to locate and add your associates please contact support@virtual-exhibition.com
Q: Why can't I upload images to my Gallery? Please check that you are uploading the correct file types. The system will only accept .jpg .jpeg .gif or .png files. It will be possible to upload images larger than the specified dimensions or file size, but this will result in your profile not displaying correctly. Make sure your images are less than 450 pixels in width.
Q: Why can't I upload a presentation or video? A: As with images, please ensure you are uploading files in the correct formats. The system will only accept .pdf .ppt .avi .mpg or .mpeg files. Larger files than those specified will result in poor performance of your profile.
Q: Why does my Exhibitor Profile only display my company name, even though I have entered more information and uploaded more content? For your profile to be viewed in full, you will need to purchase an annual exhibitor profile for the event. This may come bundled with your physical stand or booth. Once purchased, all the information you have entered through Edit My Profile will be visible to all users. To upgrade and have your profile information visible, please contact gareth.hector@virtual-exhibition.com If you have already upgraded and your profile content is not visible please contact Gareth Hector for further information.
Q: I am exhibiting in more than one Virtual Exhibition. Will my profile be visible in both? A: If you have upgraded to a full Virtual Exhibition Profile for each event, your profile will be exactly the same in both events.
